Zigong Lantern Show started in Tang Dynasty and prospered in Qing Dynasty. It is honored as “the first lantern in the world”, and listed into the Chinese intangible cultural heritage. Since the exhibition of 23th Zigong International Dinosaur Lantern Show, it has received about 600,000 person-times of overseas and domestic tourists.
This time, the lantern show will be themed by “a new colorful silk road, and the coolest Chinese style”. Over 130 groups of fancy lanterns will be exhibited. Millions of modern light sources form 64 landscape nodes of lantern groups along 28 streets in the main urban area.

Time & Place: from January 22, 2017 to March 12, 2017 in Zigong Fancy Lantern Park
Lighting Time: 18:30 – 22:30 (can be appropriately postponed based on the situation)
Ticket Price:
The ticket for Friday, Saturday and Sunday is weekend ticket; the ticket price is RMB60.00.
The ticket for other period (from Monday to Thursday) is ordinary ticket; the ticket price is RMB40.00.
