After rigorous project qualification reviews, a preliminary evaluation, an expert review and a final review, the project “Country Garden’s Dong Chen Mansion” was awarded the “Asia Top 10 Architect Award”. Changshu, an ancient town in China – Guli Town made an official appearance on the international stage.

Since its first Country Garden residence in 2015, it has over three years of experience and more than 20 sets of developments. Dong Chen Mansion has been a time-tested and truly local integration experience. The new comfortable Asian home is based on ancient East Asian culture, and it symbolizes the product of contemporary and livable Asian housing.”
The Guli ancient culture is deep in nature, and the cultural facilities throughout the region are widespread. Baimao folk songs and the Tieqintongjian Library prove the millennium long history of Guli. As well as this, the project has a large supermarket, a century-old elite school and other elements of a mature city. The gifts of time and history have combined to achieve the utmost cultural atmosphere for the high-quality houses in Yushan Town. A new and natural place for the city’s elites and celebrities is on the rise.
The project was lead by Mr. Liang Guo Kun, the master of the royal garden design of the Country Garden. His visions were clear at the beginning of construction, which were to pursue the harmony of architecture, landscape, and nature of “Shape”, and reflect the upholding of the humanistic spirit in “Spirit”. Careful consideration of the natural texture of each piece of land attracted wide acclaim from the industry and was done so to select the most suitable scheme for the important design principle of the project, as well as the unique geography, cultural environment, development and design concept of the project.
